Anyone want to be a Wi-Fi Pal in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl?

I need at least one Pokemon DP player to add to my Pal Pad (For trading and battling), and I was wondering if anyone was interested? I need only three Pokemon to complete the Sinnoh Pokedex (Milotic, Garchomp and Dialga), and I’m training my Gible so it can evolve into its third form at Lv. 48, so as soon as I can get a Milotic (and believe me, I’ve tried EVERYTHING to evolve a Feebas), I’ll be finished, and I can access Pal Park and the Northeastern part of Sinnoh! If anyone did have a Milotic, I have an Uxie or a Bright Unown ‘K’ for trade, or perhaps something else (I have a Lv. 46 Male Cherrim with SolarBeam, Magical Leaf, Leech Seed and Sunny Day up for grabs too!), so let me know!

I thought of a way it could be done. We could trade Unown for Milotic, then Milotic for Garchomp (trading away a Lv. 100 Pokemon could be hard, so this way, I add both to my Pokedex!)
How does the Wi-Fi work, exactly?
