I’m worried the "Bulls" have gone to slaughter, & the "Bears" are ravaging the Countrysides… Times are Hard WHEREVER You go…

I reckon we are at the end of a bear market and waiting on America’s lead. The most oversold stocks on the ASX are the miners such as RIO Tinto.
The US is sideways and about the to go into a bull market. Tech stocks, such as IBM and Google, are already in a bull market. You’ll probably notice a bullish up-trend emerge on the NASDAQ 100 index before you see it on the Dow Jones and S&P 500 indexes.
Generallyy the ASX opens higher or lower depending on the what the US Dow Jones index did overnight. The Dow has been going above and below 8000 for some time. It’s basically gone from dread and panic to indecision like your question. There are all these long-term opportunist investors buying undervalued and now higher dividend yield stocks blocking the downtrend from continuing. Alternatively, as psychologicalal effect of 2008, negative macroeconomic data is delaying the bull market.

We are in a bear market without a doubt. But, I really do believe that we are headed for the largest bull run in the history of this country. Once things get straightened out, and it will take some time, we will see some huge growth. Just my opinion.

We are in a bear market.. if you look at the Dow Jones, S&P, or the Nasdaq charting, you will find prices are below the 200 day moving average. Once you see that.. then you know we are in a bear market.
