My first was a perfect baby, except she used to fall asleep at her preferred breast, etc., etc.
But with my second I thought I would have myself out through a window … I haven’t had my eyes asleep for more than 10 or 15 minutes at a time for the WHOLE PERIOD OF the FIRST 7-MONTH, just because he had half of one of his legs into a gypsum apparatus.
)
Imagine that together with the weather when he was born, in the beginning of the most canicular summer in all of those years, and the very next it was a small autumn & a freezing winter – with his running nose … How could he sleep in that condition, poor him?
But my real problem were far from that time, even from my beginning with their father …
I do not regret any. I did a fantastic job with him following my instincts & spending whatever to have a well built HEALTHY child. In spite of everyone, I was looking & had the only person in the country to exercise with him SWIMMING into that period – new born – into our bath tube full of water, diving him under water, exercised with him this way for a half of an hour, after another half hour of massage from the top of his head till the top of his toes
His Pediatrician thought he was about nine months developed, when he was only in his five
Babies have nothing to be blame of! It’s only about us … the grown ones? Any of our lies, our interests …

I definately wonder how I am going to get through some days!!!!! My daughter is nearly 14 months ancient & for the most part it has been an absolute joy but there have been times when I have struggled. Luckily I have a fantastic support network (hubby, parents, sisters, friends, professionals) so we are doing really well!

I have never felt like this personally, sounds like you might be depressed, have you thought about counselling?

I felt a bit like that with my first. It gets simpler after another baby. Once you have a "terrible 2" toddler and a teething baby under the same roof, it gets so hard to choose who is the worst that you end up not even thinking about it! There are not many real problems if you stay relaxed and surf that wave.
And drink coffee of course.

I KNOW WHAT U R GOING THROUGH I AM SUFFERING FROM POST PARTUM DEPRESSION, MY BABY IS GONNA BE 1 YEAR OLD THIS MONTH, I WISH I HAD NEVER GOT THIS DEPRESSION, WHICH I GOT DURING PREGNANCY AND GOT WORSE AFTER GIVING BIRTH TO MY BABY, I DIDN’T ENJOY MY PREGNANCY, OR MY BABY, I WISH I COULD GO BACK IN TIME AND BE ABLE TO ENJOY PREGNANCY, AND MY BABY. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH, AND I TELL HIM EVERYDAY. TAKE CARE AND THERE IS STILL TIME TO ENJOY OUR BABIES THERE ARE MORE THINGS TO COME.
