I have no thought why you would want to do that since you can get an S&P/ASX 300 index fund and likely get all 300 stocks.
Or are you asking us to do your homework?
You would need to find stocks that represent all features of those 300 stocks, like size, sector, industry, type as in value or growth, and so on.
