how long should it take to do a GOOD paint job?
By Planet Wealth
i have place my car in to a sprayer to have my new bonnet fitted and sprayed the same colour as my car. I booked it on at the beginning of the week, Now saturday he is saying he is still waiting on the bonnet to arrive!! I desperatly need it for work tonight and tomorow! he says it should be in this morning and he can do it in half a day. My friend who was in the same trade says that it would take alot more than half a day to do a proffesional job and get a excellen end, and then for it to be drivable. is this right. what should i bee looking for when i go to collect ( if he has done it).

It can sometimes take as long as three days to do a proper job.Drying time is needed before the polishing process.
We sometimes will obtain the part then complete the paint work before calling in the vehicle. That way it can simply be installed, about an hour’s job.

a excellent, even paint that doesn’t have patches of lighter or darker shading.
Excellent luck! (your going to need it if your dealing with slack people!)
