How much would you be happy to pay someone to clean your home or office ?

Hey all just after everones opinion on how much you would be pleased to pay someone to clean your house or office.

i have just started my own cleaning business 2 weeks ago and i have already snagged myself 32 villas to clean in my 2nd day of trading which i’m excited about.

so what would you be pleased to pay for a 1bd house , 2bd house , 3 bd house , 4 bd house i have looked into this and i am thinking quoting someone by the job sounds better than by the hour as everyones needs are different and also they know they wont be ripped off.

    I live in northern nsw and they pay from $20 – $25 per hour. Hope that helps. You are right, quoting by the job is better so the best way to do that is have packages!
    My neighbour got 3 hours clean and paid for 2 hours as her intro offer. She was very pleased with it.

    Dear Jade,
    I have had my own cleaning business when I lived in Colorado. And I bid by the hour. Simply because there are some things you don’t have to do on a weekly basis. So one time I clean and it would take 3 hrs. and the next time it would take 4 1/2 hrs to do. You have to consider all the stuff you have to do from one week to the next. I cleaned my houses every two weeks and my customers were really pleased with that. Some were 2 br. and there was one house that was 3 tales and 4 bd, 3 baths and so forth. And I charged her $20 hr. and it worked out for the both of us. But it also depends on you and your customer. You could go either way. But I believe hourly would be best.

    Congratulations on your new business!

    When I called the agency who cleans my place I was told they charge by the hour. I live in California and they charge $30 an hour.

    I live in California and the lady who cleans my place charges by the hour. $35 an hour plus I give her a $10 tip, thats $45 a week and she comes by every other week.
