I bought a renault scenic 12 days ago need to take it back to the garage gearbox prob, could i get money back

i did trade in my ancient car because i wanted automatic the dealer is selling my ancient car for same value I bought mines. also the car is 1998 series what do you reckon

    there is a small known law that allows the buyer[of anything] to return an item within 14days…but youll need to speek to a solisitor/citizens advice centre for a deff answer

    you could try but most used cars are as is

    If you are in Australia and bought the car from a licenced motor dealer, you get a statuatory warranty. It will be in the contract paperwork. One month if car is more than 10yrs ancient, three months if less than 10. Take the car back and clarify the problem. I had a water pump replaced when it started leaking two months after I had bought vehicle.
