Renting Shares Secrets – Andrew Dimitri Shows Renting Shares
By Andrew Dimitri
Renting Shares -
One of the strategies that we use ourselves is renting shares or renting stocks. The thought about renting shares is for us to generate an on going monthly income. We want to do that month after month and continue to generate and income by a way of renting out our shares. We can use either the US or Australian stock markets or nearly any market around the world.
The premise behind the renting shares is similar to having a property. Every understands buying a property whether it’s a flat, a unit an apartment or a house and renting it out to a tenant. The tenant pays you a rental premium on a weekly or monthly basis. Stock chart patterns such as head and shoulders are not so vital.
We can do exactly the same thing with renting shares. We buy shares, or stocks and we can rent them out on
the stock market. The beauty of it is, we don’t have worry about our tenants not paying on time. We don’t have worry about our tenants wrecking the place, we don’t have to fix a broken toilet a midnight. All those problems associated with buying with a property, we don’t have with renting shares. We don’t deal with individual people, we can rent our shares out on the stock market and for that we’ll receive a renting shares premium on a monthly basis.
Renting Shares Month After Month
We do this month after month. Once we rent them out at the end of the month we can make a choice on what happens with renting shares. If the share price has gone down for instance, we can simply keep the shares and rent them out again.
If the share price has gone up and becomes bullish, we may make the choice to sell our shares. Which means not only have we received rental premium, but profits received from the shares going up as well.
One of the best things about renting shares we can achieve. If you are renting out a property, you may be lucky to 3 to 7% per year a yield on your investment. Renting shares can be a lot more lucrative.
With renting shares, we can get the same returns per month. On the low scale we are looking at 2-3% per month. On a high scale we are looking at 10-12% on a monthly basis.
