For an up-to-date list I suggest you make up a dummy portfolio of the 50 stocks in the S&P/ASX 50 at any site that lets you show the yield of each of the stocks in the portfolio. You could then show the portfolio at any time and simply pick out the 10 with the highest yield.
I do not know of any site that publishes an updated list on a regular basis.
