Why can't stores trade in electronics on public holidays?
By Planet Wealth
We were plotting to buy an electronic device on the day after ANZAC day. Everything was open, except electronics, with a sign saying it’s not allowed.

This may be a local restriction, or the individual store. I know there is restrictions on ANZAC day itself, about the time certain stores are allowed to open. But all I found open on ANZAC day was a few Cafe’s and clubs.
On Monday the ANZAC day public holiday i believe it is the store’s choice to open, no restrictions I am aware of.
