Why the Australian Government are letting Peter Spencer die?

Peter Spencer is on a platform and has not eaten for 40 days or more. He has questioned for Mr. Rudd to speak to him about taking his rights as a legal owner of land and not letting him farm. The government said his trees were part of Australia’s carbon trading due to the Kyoto protocol. He has tried to get a court case going but has been refused 200 times. Why has the government refused to speak to him with a poor excuse they will not submit to blackmail yet the asylum seekers did the same thing and were quick tracked into Australia and other countries

If KRudd’s government speaks to Peter it’s a blackmail reward.The Australian govt cares more about non-Australians.Eg $m100 to both Indonesia & Papua New Guinea for pollution made by energy sold to them. This $ could have gone to infrastructure, schools & hospitals. Under the Sale of Goods Act, once something is sold, it’s the property of the purchaser & their responsibility.Musn’t apply here.I reckon Howard did something sneaky even though he didn’t sign the Kyoto treaty.He set it up.Politicians are slimy creeps after money, influence & power & don’t care who they step on.NSW govt depts are corrupt as well. They protect the baddies.

I’m sorry I cannot answer your question – I have exactly the same question. I hope Peter comes down though and that he can take an active role in getting the Royal Commission he so deserves
